I would like to bring your kind attention that i had booked three passengers two way ticket through clear trip but unfortunately by mistake i had entered the wrong sector as i was planning to bring my family for visit visa during school holidays to dubai for three months from calicut - kerala (India) but i had entered the wrong destination from dubai to calicut instead of calicut to dubai, i had called same time to the clear trip office to correct the mistake but they informed it could be done within 24 hours. They called me on the next day and informed that changes have not been permitted also the cancellation will be done without any refund also asked us to go oman air office and they can assist us with some changes. We went in oman air office and they replayed us to inform clear trip to sent official mail to oman air ways. We have informed same to clear trip several times but there is no action from their side, i would like to request your assistance to correct me the sector two way ticket from kozhikode to dubai and dubai to kozhikode on same date.
Your prompt responds on this regards would be highly appreciated.
