I had booked ticket from bengaluru to kuala lumpur for 14th may via cleartrip in srilankan airlines - Trip[protected], PNR - SVYXGT.
when i tried amending /rescheduling the ticket there was payment failure due to which now ticket status in cleartrip showing as Booking failed for same trip id[protected] with new rescheduled dates .
And i am not able to see my initial booking details, so i reached out to Cleartrip customer care they said booking is in prepayment initialized so we cannot do anything, once status changes then only we can amend and it will take 3 to 3 hours to change the status .
I waited for 12 hours still it is in booking failed state and i am unabel to cancel /reschedule or even travel as it is not showing my original ticket .
Looks like its system glitch and bug in system due to which i am facing so many issues in travelling or cancelling or rescheduling tickets.If 3 hours was enough to change the status i could have rescheduled from my end as it wont fall under 24 hours window .Now already 12 hours passed, refund requested within 24 hours of travel they wont provide, but it is fault from there end
