To cancel mr murugappan’s journey due to flight delay of 7 hours. Neither air india nor cleartrip informed me the delay 24 hours in advance as the common procedure. They informed me the matter just few hours prior to the time of travel. But today received mail regarding refund of maa-cok only. My trip id is[protected].
