Cleartrip — trip id [protected]-refund-air life charges aed 3274 instead of aed 720 (360+360) as mentioned while booking

I have travelled with my wife from dubai to london on 30 may with a return ticket from london to dubai on 3rd july for me and my wife.
I have cancelled my return journey on 19 june.
My refund was processed with oman air line charges as aed 3274 while it is mentioned while booking that cancellation fee by airline is aed 360 per ticket i. E. Aed 720 for both.
Because of this abnormal airline charges, the refund amount was zero?.
Please takeup with oman airlines.
