I had booked tkts for the Delhi to Indore sector with return, vide above Trip ID, PNR Nos. MLU42A and QQGGQE for these two sectors. I had to cancel the tkts due to spread of corona virus. DGCA had mandated full refund in all such cases. However, on cancellation, an amount of Rs. 5280 has been deducted and only Rs. 1868 has been refunded.
