Cleartrip — Trip ID[protected] Regarding baggage allowance

Dear Sir
I would like to inform you I am a regular customer of Cleartrip, I always books different airlines tickets through cleartrip for me, my friends and colleagues for different countries, you can check the booking deals in my profile.

Subject trip ID is for myself but regretfully informing you I have got only 15 kg luggage whereas all other Agencies like makemytrip almosafer booking.com etc giving 30 kg in cheaper price than cleartrip in same flights to Patna. I paid more to cleartrip than others and baggage got half of others,

I request you kindly revise the luggage weight 30 kg instead of 15 on my trip ID, otherwise I need to think to continue with Cleartrip in future.
