Dear Team,
I have a complaint regarding my Trip ID:[protected]. We booked three tickets for Spice jet airlines PNR Z7KRGL ( Delhi to jammu ). But due to flight rescheduling by airlines my one passenger was not travelling and I was connected with customer care for cancelled ticket Ms Megha Gupta and process full refund. During the call the customer care executive cancelled the two tickets ( Ms Megha Gupta & Mrs Tarun Gupta ) without my concern. Then he asked me to kindly book a new flight ticket for travel. We will connect with airlines and resolve the issue within 48 Hrs.
More than 7 days had gone by and so many times I called customer care but no one could reply regarding my refund.
