I booked a hotel - The Chariot Resort & Spa, Puri, Orissa, India for 2 days on May 18, 2022 with Cleartrip Trip ID :[protected]. Voucher Number: P[protected]/220518WR1K (Issued on 18 May, 2022) with checkin May 29, 22 and Check out on May 31, 22 for 2 adults and 1 child for amount Rs. 6936. When we reached the hotel on May 29 at 12 pm, we found out that there was no electricity from last 2 days and all travelers were yelling at the reception counter. We called up cleartrip support centre and asked us for an alternate arrangement or refund. But they asked us to wait till evening. We booked a nearby hotel Sterling Puri, Puri, Orissa, India -- Trip ID[protected] for Rs. 11, 540. Cleartrip officials promised us to refund Rs. 6936 (Trip ID:[protected] and differential amount of alternate hotel booked Sterling Resorts (cleartrip id[protected] with breakfast.
