Tried to purchase tickets from your site. The card was charged, but the site showed validation failure. We didn't receive booking confirmation nor did we get a trip id from the site. We have been charged for a service that you have refused to provide. Can't call you nor can i contact you in any other way. This is the last time i trust your organisation - never again!
