I booked 2 rooms in coorg for 23rd dec 2017 in hotel maharaja before 2 months and they gave me a confirmed status.
After few days they called and said it was our software problem that room was already filled and we will provide you a new room in trippers homestay costing around 6000/-
Ok i accepted.
Later after reaching there on 23rd dec they said the rooms were filled even at there and took me to hotel [build in ] it was not at all a good hotel but since i was with my family i accepted,
After making me to wait at there for 30 mins they said rooms were not available at there even. :- (
They said they will take me to another hotel (This all happened around night 9 and i was with 3 girls)
They took me to hotel lefortune (Not exactly sure about the name)
After going to there they again said there was no rooms and make me wait for 20 mins.. After the huge discussion with them they said they will provide the dormitory for 3 girls and one 1 boy which is not at all acceptable (Since at that time as i did not have any solution and after requesting them they provided 1 room and 1 dormitory)
Note :i will share the photos of the dormitory as well and the room i booked for.
Note :bathroom is not clean and no water heater no tv
Do you really think this is a good service.. I really hated it
If you dont have rooms tell us the same we will try manage it..
But dont make us to suffer as we avail services from you.
I am not going to accept this.
