Cleartrip — Worst Travel Agency

Trip ID[protected]. Fight ticket booked on 22Feb2020. Fight got cancelled by airlines on 22May2020. First they said 3months for refund. After 3month extended 1week. After 1week again 48hs, then 1week, 48hrs, 4-5days like that they extended. On September, they said only they'll refund for Emirates flight and no refund for Etihad, Because Etihad is non refundable ticket. And they said 4-5days refund will be in my account. After 1week, again they said 48hrs to check with finance department. Then after 48hrs, they wants my full bank details even my birthdate and birthplace. 8months gone still I didn't get my refund from them. Worst service. They don't have any contact number. I sent many mails and asked about their contact details. Still now I didn't receive from them.
