Cleartrip — ZERO refund for the cancellation done by hotel itself | |||
I have cancelled my booking through cleartrip ID [protected] today on[protected] . I have send several mails and i am also trying to contact support service but i am not getting any response. My cancelaation has been done with zero refund. I want to say that my booking was done on[protected] and the hotel on[protected] had cancelled my booking of Ac cottage room to two different rooms It was not accepatable to me i told them to send me the confirmation mail they did not responded . I was not sure wether they will give me any room or not and hence i cancelled my booking through cleartrip. I am not getting any refund my issue is that why I have been penalised for the cancellation done by the hotel when they are not able to support their booking.
