The worst customer service possible! I was surprised by the way the person at the phone spoke - and guess who it was? The ceo of clever kare mr. Manjunath!! Completely ill mannered man, illogical, no sense of reasoning, incompassionate and no courtesy to speak to a customer. First of all, they called to change the timimg of my booking which i accepted. Then they cancelled my booking without any notification! Then when i called to check why the beautician is late, the ceo mr. Manjunath received and gave me 3 different reasons all of which was unconvincing. First, we don't serve at electronic city. I told him my room mate is getting a service done just next to me! Then he told me that the minimum amount should be 500 or more. I said last week my room mate availed a service of rs. 400. Then he had nothing to say but "who am i to give you reasons? I am the ceo"!! I was like seriously??? Honestly, he seemed less qualified than a peon by the way he spoke and by his manners. If he was serious about running a company he would have known customers are god and you don't misbehave with a customer. He had no satisfying reason for my disappointment and cancellation of service, neither did they call to inform me about the cancellation and last thing for him was to receive a customer's call and boast about him being the ceo!! And that's not call, such a kid he is, he later calls my room mate to cry and tell that he will block me! Lol. First, nobody is dying to avail your services. Second, there's enough of housejoys and urban claps who have amazing customer service so we can go to them easily.
One question to the so called newly made ceo, do you think a ratan tata would receive calls to misbehave with a customer? If you couldn't handle one for 5 mins how will you handle millions (If you have one day) in a lifetime? Clearly a failure. One should know that for a business customers are everything and a ceo of all people should know how to behave with them.
Given he is such a kid, i am sure he will delete my review and comment.

the beautician they sent was pretty good in nature but not in service. by sweet talk she convince me to do RICA not normal nor brizallian wax for bikini. Also she is not enough experienced i guess, she hurt a lot and also have burn skin by wax wrongly implemented on body for which i need to take care for one week to recover.
do not even try.

The worst service ever recieved...Meh n my friend had got under-arms done...We had pain from the moment we got it done but we ignored it thinking that itz gonna be fine...but then when we cheked out the next day...our under-arms wer totally burnt n we wer not even able to move our hands...i immediatley called upp the CUSTOMER CARE placing my complaint...they then asked meh to share the pictures ...i shared my pictures...but then no response...i again called them the nxt day...n this kept onn going for one weeek n by each passing day...the person who recieves the call sayz that give us time of juz few minutes mam we will get back to yu...bt my goodness!! Not even once these people called meh back...n today when i called them out of frustration for they caused such damage to our skin...some guy sayz that sorry mam we cannot help now...it happens so yu apply aloevera gel...n when i spoke little rudely to him saying that this iz not my first time that i am getting it done n i kno very well about my skin...he ### sayz that itz a sensitive area n rashes are common...when i said that itz not rashes n we both got our skin burnt...he sayz sorry we cannot do anything now n thanks for calling n he disconnected the call...
I would prefer anybody reading this to never even think of giving a try to such worst services ever!!!

I booked an appointment for full package parlor service 5 days back, it was confirmed . I waited for beautician for 2 hours, continuously have been told she is at another location and will reach soon then when I called after total 2.5 hours they are saying that beautician already left for home and we can't t give service now . I am travelling tomorrow and now it is 7.15 pm and where I will go for my parlor service .
It is really really disappointed behavior of your staff who can't manage customers and their satisfaction .
