Cleverkare Complaints & Reviews

This is a home salon service which suspended its services post CoVid in year 2020. They looted my amount of rs 2397 as part of membership and now they are not refunding it back. They neither have contact number nor mail id...

I want to check if the salon services are now resumed? If it is not, what is the status and alternative solution?

My name is Urvi Bapna and my balance with cleverkare is 2475. I want my money back. They have stopped providing services since 2020....

I had taken membership of cheverkare which costed 3000 INR. The amount could be used in services as and when used. I availed last service in the month of March and after that due to covid they closed the services. From that day onwards I have been chasing these people and they are not returning money. Its been two years and more. I have all the mails as proof from them....

Not refunding membership amount and stopped services without intimation and it’s been2 years...

Clavercare has taken membership amount 3000 Rs which they said refundable and lifetime validity but they cheated to customers not returning money and not starting services and no response even all the numbers are switched off, no contact and assurance to customers...

They r unprofessional company trying to just loot people. I have a recording o[censored]r beautician telling they r not trained before joining.. They have spoilt my hair.. And not refunding my money.. Not even ready to rectify my issues.. Not receiving calls and manager is never available. Customer service people has stopped receiving my calls and everyday they send a msg it ll take more 2 days.. From past 15 days.....

I would like to request you that please don't use the services of cleverkare. They change the slot without any information. I have called so many times to check the timing they said yes it is booked but when i called at the time of services they just said you don't have any booking. They just take advance from the customers and don't want to provide services. If you have any plan please don't depend on them, they will not provide you any...

I was asked to take a membership of this cheater company. After doing so (Paying 3000) in advance, they know how to loot ur money. I took multiple services and everytime it was horrible. Despite of raising multiple complaints they don't respond. Highly unprofessional service.. Buticians have no experience at all.. When asked for refund, they don't even bother to take my phone calls. Really frustrated with such companies....

They have different prices for members and non members. When you deposit the said amount into their account, you are putting it away into a black hole.
Their beauticians are absolutely unclean, unaware of the service and look like urchins sent for the job. No training provided whatsoever. I strongly believe these beauticians are those that have been thrown out of their previous jobs on account of pathetic performance.

The worst customer service possible! I was surprised by the way the person at the phone spoke - and guess who it was? The ceo of clever kare mr. Manjunath!! Completely ill mannered man, illogical, no sense of reasoning, incompassionate and no courtesy to speak to a customer. First of all, they called to change the timimg of my booking which i accepted. Then they cancelled my booking without any notification! Then when i called to check why...
