Click 2 Emi — Application for my refund fees

My name is subha kundu.I live in west bengal from .Kolkata.I apply for mobile phone asus zenfone 2 with emi facility price rs 12999 but before form fill up there making or processing charges 1500 rupees i pay by paytm. After they are send to me a mail with consumer application form of emi and fill it and send there.15/5/2015 it's incident date.They are take a time 7-10 days for processing but after date no response of my any call or email.I also complaint there website but don't response my answer.There are also want to my id or address proof and i send it.6520 it's a id.[protected], [protected] email id is [protected]@click2emi.In.

Please sir help me for this i also request you.
