[Resolved]  Click-n-Go — False Promises and fake discount card

I also got a call from Clickand go ([protected]/[protected]). Initially they told that they are calling from Visa/master Card company, and later when i repeatedly asked, they called they are calling from Click and Go discount cards. They asked me to enroll for the card, by telling all the benefits over phone, but I told them to send a mail with all benefits. They disagreed and told, the conversation is recorded and all details mentioned is documented in recording.And then I asked for their company website (atleast somewhere the details will be mentioed, and he told me to check details on clickandgoindia.com,

Membership details:
1.pay Rs 700 for 12 months - Rs 8, 400/-
2. I will get 20% discount on all purchase done through linked Credit/Debit card
3. One domestic and one international travel voucher
4. One branded shirt
5. One Branded sports shoe
6. Food discount Voucher of Rs 1, 000
7. Monthly 700 bucks will be adjusted from discount (20%) which i will get every month, so I need not pay anything from own pocket
8. For outlets who dont have tieup with click&go, I need to get the merchant ID and call the customer care number for tie-up (wonder how many department stores etc will give me their merchant ID)
Practically - points 2 and 7 and 8 I doubt - first 20% discount, who gives, secondly i think 700 will be debited from credit card and thirdly, why would merchan reveal his merchant code and how will they make a tieup..

It's really very cheater company...

Yes click n go is a fraud company. Moreover they have changed their customer care number recently. They never call you after card is sent to you. The card is issued by some other company - Save to enjoy and you don't get any discounts.

I know that it is a fraud, and I also started responding by showing interest. They asked that for linking credit card i need to enter online (mobile card gateway) details like Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV number etc etc. I dened giving the details online, and told if they have any other means - eg: net banking or cheque facility to make payment, but they have only online facility through mobile.. i find this suspicious, and declined (anyway I was also doing timepass with them). Mazaa Aa gaya..
Guys, pl beware from such calls

She told me that its call from Master Visa company but I enquired further about the origin she revealed about click and go. I told them about their complaints on https://www.consumercomplaints.in
then they have started abusing me and disconnected the call.
Its really pathetic

Same type of call for me too. They gave all the offers as @Samsah explained.

Asked for a website and gave http://transdeals.in/ in which Bangalore Location was not showing at all .

I recently updated my phone number on the credit card details, Wonder how they got the new number so fast .

After checking the website when I said I am not interested they started to use cursing and disconnected .. :P

Bank Authorities should better keep the personal data more secure.

Hi Guys, I too faced the same issue and now they are not responding to my calls. And soon I am going to file a complaint against Click N Go company.

Even I have got the same call regarding the discount card, But Initially I also got worried but later on got all the stuff as promised and quality of the products I found is too good. It was a nice deals for me.

If you want to be cheated, then you have reached at the right place. Please don't try to be trapped. They will ask you three destinations along with check in date. One destination will be confirmed . Now the date of confirmation isn't given to you. They will not be responding at helpline number or e.mail. The date of confirmation will be any of the other check in date which you have chosen for other two destinations. Once you have paid you have no option but to choose as if you are begger. Please keep you away from the cheater n go company.

Hi, The company Click-n-Go call me up and said that we are providing you a discount card for which you have to pay Rs. 8000. With the help of this discount card you will get 20% discount on all the purchases you made though your credit card either manually or through online. So, I made the payment and the card is received to me. Later I come to know that the card is applicable only on the selected outlets only which was not at all mentioned earlier. This is complete fraud business which this company is running. When you call the customer care, they said that we will take your complain and call back. They will never call back to you. I have even shown them recording too...

Very poor guys...

It was never expected that it wuld happen with me people in click and go company gave the false promise and the staff in the company are never cooperative they use to entangle us in such a way that it becomes difficult for us I never thought that I will have such a bad experience people in the company are least worried abut the requirement of the customers and the courier boy are never appreciable
