Last year in december i have received a call from the company, they offered
One exclusive holiday voucher coupon for 2 nights/3 days for 2 adults and 2 children (Below 8 years) across india in over 47 destinations with 3 to 4 star rated properties. Your accommodation with breakfast will be complimentary.
One food cash back/re-reimbursement vouchers (Worth inr 1000 each) which can be redeemed during redemption of domestic holiday voucher.
One air ticket discount voucher (Worth inr 1000) which can be redeemed for domestic travel.
A complementary discount card which gives you discounts o[censored]p to 20% in over participating outlets across the country
During the offer and payment there was no communication regarding terms and conditions... With the paid amount.
Afterwards the card is not able to get discount and holiday voucher every time they were saying not able to provide.
That too late replies.
Need proper communication and as they have committed i need holiday package... Etc
