Click2resume — Job Company Taking Money but not replying after that and cheated me 32000

Hi, I am from bangalore.This company initially this company asked me to get registered with them they will provide interview call, so i paid the ammount of 12k(resume writing, resume sending etc).After i paid no call nothing no response.After that last week they called me to refund my money and asked me to give them my card details.but after i have given my card details they just deducted 19990 from that i do not know why they did that.I am running out of money and they cheated me.Please anyone help me how can i return my money. That person who called me last week is raman kumar from delhi his no is [protected]. Please help me.
