Clickindia — Refund | |||||
I have applied for a refund of rs. 7000 a month ago but the people from clickindia are not able to give any response on it. At the time of taking the money they were being so nice and helpful, and now everytime they are giving some excuse for not being able to refund the amount. The account details where i have deposited the amount was: - Name: sarfaraj Account number: [protected] The executive from click india named rahul (Phn.- [protected]) gives all the excuses about it which is really not acceptable. This is a terrible feeling that at the time of taking money they were so responsive. Today when i lodged a complaint in consumer forum i got a call from a guy named sandeep called from ([protected]) he said that he is from clickindia and asked to go to www.myrefund.in and asked to fill the account details to get the refund. He even sent the link via email which you will find in the attachment. After some time the call got disconnected and i received 2 sms saying amount debited from my account and now my account is totally empty. When i asked him who gave the permission to deduct the amount from my account i got a reply saying i have shared the dynamic code which is a permission for them. Who is responsible for all this??? Only the people from clickindia who have played with our trust and took away the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
