I have a dish tv connection vide vc no [protected] — where i am unable to access abp anada — since last 2 days — showing 301 error for bad weather — where as no rain or thunder storm been observed in last 15 days in kolkata. I have cleared all outstanding as of now also have seen this channel regularly since 10th of this month. All other channels are working fine. Now when i have called your call centre yesterday night after several tries when they are unable to resolve my issue they have suggested to visit your engineers to check you device with a cost. Now my question when due to your inability i am unable to watch a single channel out of all other channels why i have to pay this amount?
