We had booked two RTPCR covid tests, home collection made full payment online at the same time. Sample collected for both patients but report provided on time for only one person on time and second report is kept on hold stating reason payment on done/received. We were to travel through train and opted for the RTPCR test for the same reason. But company had not provide report after several calls. We had faced many issues in the Railway stations.
