I worked in B.P.R scan & diagnostics Centre, from 23/10/2022 to 05/06/2023 and the owner, B.P.R.N.balaji has did many criminal activities and conducted culture and sensitivity tests in unacceptable work environment infecting me and many of public. he threatened to thieve mine and public kidneys. he hit himself and with others while I was asking for justice. He didn't give the salary that he told to give. that is RS15000/- per month. Than he bribed government servant's to survive. and he did many thing. I need justice to jail sentence him and the money.

    I have gone through online health checkup package of indocare diagnostic (https://www.indocare.in/) and selected package along with optional diagnostic package which costed me Rs3098.

    After payment successful i received wattsup message from indocare diagnostic that they do not support this diagnostic package choosen and
    told me that I will get refund and they raised partial refund Rs 3024 which is still in progress from 7 days, when I asked him why 74rs deducted they said it is charged by payment gateway (payumoney) which is used by indocore for refund.

    Because of this partial settlement by indocare, refund money kept in hold by payment gateway.

    My original amount Rs3098 is still pending with indocare diagnostics for refund, I am waiting from 8 days

    This is act of Fraud by showing incorrect information on website and making partial payment to customer, so it will get hold or blocked by payment gateway.

    2. Mail of partial refund raised which is in hold from 8 days.

    I will wait for some more days for refund and file FIR against ndocare diagnostics pune

      Medical done on 25 nov. But report not give. Taking long time today 7 days complete... I have to submit medical as soon as for visa...

        We had booked two RTPCR covid tests, home collection made full payment online at the same time.
        Sample collected for both patients but report provided on time for only one person on time and second report is kept on hold stating reason payment on done/received.
        We were to travel through train and opted for the RTPCR test for the same reason.
        But company had not provide report after several calls.

        We had faced many issues in the Railway stations.

          Dear concern,

          I got appointment with clinical diagnostic Center Nariman Point on the 23rd of November 2019. For my GAMCA test

          I am really disappointed to write that we have such fake diagnostics in India. They said there is some issues in my urine, so need another sample and instead o[censored]rine they took my blood sample, some unprofessional lady doctor was advising this, she looked like a fresher.
          They said they will tell my report on Monday the 25th.
          On Monday I made several calls and they kept saying still doctor has not confirmed.
          I went to visit them the next day and they said I am VDRL positive so they have already uploaded my visa as unfit and submitted.
          The lady doctor said this kind of issues in the blood is only sexually transmitted. I was so shaken up because I am a mother of a 18 old son and also divorced since 1.5 years. I told them this could be wrong diagnosis but this Center the doctor and some manager Nida behaved In the worst possible way, they were indemnifying my character, I am taking legal action against them for fabricating my report and iindemnifying my character. I got my blood tested in SRL diagnostics in Mumbai immediately which proved that I am not VDRL positive. How can you have have such a Center for faking peoples reports, making them unfit, ruining careers. Please take action and help me get my visa back .
          I have also given a written complaint in the embassy of Kuwait in Mumbai with all my proof records.

          I need justice because my visa has been wrongly sent back as unfit

            Patient name=ganga sagar who took a gamca on 15/4/2019, passport no-p3968853, with clinical diagnostic centre. As per the conversation conducted on 16/4/2019, the medical representative told about that the patient has (Esnothila (80%), fileria (Positive), and told that patient need to come within 2 days even if he is fit or not clinical diagnostic centre on the other hand did'nt, allowing us to get retest, they said as per their management the patient need to have a restest within 2 days from the date of examination and he was call on 18/4/2019 to get test. As per other gamca associate, they dont follow 2 days policy, they provide 5-10 days to the patient to get fit for the another test to get the result...

            Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

              I sri abhijit banerjee visited midnapur scan centre diagnostic, keranitala, midnapur, west bengal for a chest x ray on 15/01/2017.

              After paying the full amount (Case no. Mid[protected] & receipt mid[protected] i was allowed entry to the x ray room.
              There i was asked to take off the cloths of the upper part of the body (Shirt banyan etc) and asked to sit in the bed. (I was a bit surprised as chest x rays are normally taken in standing condition.) they person (Gent) who asked (Read ordered) me to take of the cloths o[censored]pper part and sit on the bed, switched on the lights including a ray that was coming and falling on by back. He then disappeared in the adjusted chamber asking me to be sitting in the same position. After almost 2/3 minutes i felt a burning sensation in my lower back but withstood it. During that time an older (Probably another technician also entered the room.

              After 3/4 minutes the actual technician (A bearded guy) came and asked me to hold a plate in my hand a press it against my chest. I was a little surprised as the plat was supposed to be attached to a wall. However, on good trust, i again obeyed the order and was asked to hold the breath and release it and within that time the x ray was done.

              I asked the technicians is all was ok and they said yes.

              After coming home the burning sensation persisted and i visited the scan center (X ray chamber) again and asked for the technician.

              The person present there was the guy who probably lit the light and the rays during my test but he first denied of being there.

              Then there was an attempt to give me the impression that the person (S) who had conducted the examination was not even there.

              When i asked for the name of the person or his whereabouts (Definitely it needs to be logged somewhere) i was denied of the same.

              Incidentally, the person who did the x ray (Bearded guy) entered the room at that point. The person who denied so far called this person "dada". I told my problem to the technician and he said the sensation should be something unrelated to the x ray and there was no overdose /over exposure of rays. On questioning about the procedure of the test, they said that because the x ray play has come out of the wall so they was somehow managing the procedure by asking the patient to hold the plat in the chest and taking the x ray in sitting position.

              I returned home with an anxiety and waited for the report. I the evening i received the report but the burning sensation in the lower back is still there. I also tried to meet the midnapur scan centre l administration but was informed by a lady in the front desk that no body was there. Incidentally the old technician was also standing in the front desk at that time.

              Is the authority aware about deviation to the standard practice (Taking chest x ray in sitting position asking the patient to hold the plate in his hands) and is it a stadrard practice to keep a person exposed to rays for 3/4 mins while the actual technician comes?

              The pvt scan centre is interested only in money without having any concern about patient safely and care. Even the bare minimum rules are not adhered to as evident in this case.

              The clinic authority has not responded to any of my mails and verbally denied of any over exposure of x rays.

              However, the burning sensation is still persisting and i never had it before the ray was given (I was not having any lower back burning sensation while i went for the x ray).

              I hold the x ray technicians (Who did my chest x rays) responsible is this and if there is any a serious heath hazard because of their criminal negligence and apathy.

              Request you do look into the matter and do the needful.

                i was suppose to pay Rs 26, 000 which i payed before my due date by cheque.bt due to some problm from your side it did not reach on time. then i recieved a cal from your delhi office mr satish kumar told me to pay Rs 700 so there wil be no due in the next statement. i have made that payment olso. still this time it is showin Rs 4000 balance. i m not understanding what is the problem and why should i pay anything when i have already cleared my account.
