This complaint is regarding a recent order i did with the above mentioned online cloth delivery app. I ordered 3 tops as part of their sale. The order was placed on 02/06/2022 . Today I got the order delivered and what they delivered was entirely opposite of my placed order. The package included 2 saree in different colour and material. And when i tried to cancel the order their site has being seen "not reached". I can't cancel nor complain in their official site. The payment mode was cod. I need refund.
