I ordered a top worth Rs. 400 but i received Saree in the place of top, which is totally useless. I am not able to reach to them, there's no contact number and email isn't working. I want my refund.

This msg is for getting your attention towards the frauding in online shopping by a fraud website (clothefly) recently in from few days many complaints have been submitted to this website for complaing this fraud clothefly website, , , , they accept they order request first nd then then delever the wrong items to the customer.. After this they don't give u any answer, , and there website are unreachable... Around 40 people have complained about this fraud... So I'm requesting you to please pay attention towards this complain. Before this, other people became part of this fraud...

I ordered for shirt from clothefly but they delivered something different item which is totally useless... Now we can't reach to their website. Bcz its a fraud website... No contact no. Nd mail is working... This fraud has happened to many people.

I ordered from clothefly.com and got a call from +[protected] for confirmation and paid 794 cod and received wrong product. Once I receive the product, website is crashed or not working.
I think they are scamming with buy 2 get one offer and looting money.
Kindly do the needful and help us resolve this issue

This complaint is regarding a recent order i did with the above mentioned online cloth delivery app. I ordered 3 tops as part of their sale. The order was placed on 02/06/2022 . Today I got the order delivered and what they delivered was entirely opposite of my placed order. The package included 2 saree in different colour and material. And when i tried to cancel the order their site has being seen "not reached". I can't cancel nor complain in their official site. The payment mode was cod. I need refund.

I placed a order of three tops on clothfy website which costed around 788 and my order number is #4817.
They delivered me a wrong product with very poor quality saree. Even though I mailed them back regarding wrong product I did not get any response so I need by product or my money back.
This is a fraud website dont belive this...

I ordered 3 tops for Rs. 778 on the 28th of May, I got my products delivered on the 31st. but instead of tops, I got some torn sarees. For the last 12 hours, I am trying to contact the website and their page, but no one is responding. I want a refund.

I have ordered some dress form clothefly...it take a long time to reach here.so I cancelled it.but after some days I have got the product .i ordered 3crop tops which cost 1000 rs but inside the package i received 2 very awful sarees may be it cost only 200 rs, it's damaged too..I tried to contact them, but there isn't any ways to register this complaint, I have got cheated...I don't want others also get in to trouble...if it possible, i humbly request you to take any action against this

I order 4 tops as a like catalog but I got something totally different which I order . I got some old suit cloth which I totally dislike it please refund my money or return this item
