Clothesnew.com — wrong product

I order 2 kurtis, but i received one dress material and another kurti which i did not order.
Kindly let me know how to return this order.
Why you are cheating people like this and there is no direct way to contact the customer support.
It took too long for the order to get delivered and at the end i am receiving wrong product.
Its very frustrating and irritating.
Please action asap.
