I had ordered a white kurti with goldenshrug but the product delivered was wrong i sent complain and it was not answered i called courier boy he told me to mail the company but i didnot have their mail id. I ordered two kurta's from this site cartlip. They gave me some cheap cloth like saree. I have requested refund but i haven't got any email, message or call from them. Please refund the money. I ordered a yellow kurtha, instead of that; i got a cheap coth, that was like a saree. I submitted a refund application despite, they never contacted me. I ordered two salwars on may 3 rd 2018 and the product delivered to me on may 9 2018 was entirely different and very very cheap product and is not worthy at all.
Order number was 34796 worths rs. 1, 000.
I lost my money and need an urgent reunding.

I hadnt got the ordered product and i lost my money now.
Tried to contact them, but number given is not correct....

I ordered kurti but i recieved saree, first time order experience is very very bad and irritating. How can they address it as kurti and send saree. Please i want this complaint to be taken immediate action and refund my money in cash. Its very disgusting to recieve the wrong product, immediate action to be taken. I ordered for a Kurta Yellow for my sis and she rcvd a local red saree which not even worth 100₹(Pic Below). And now the site is not opening at all and no contact details, I want the money to be refund.. the order ID 32402.
And they charged the delivery free too which rcvd from Delhivery.
Return address mentioned with no company name and person name and the Delhivery is taken to send..maybe they are also linked with this cheatbr...

Kindly let me know how to return this order.
Why you are cheating people like this and there is no direct way to contact the customer support.
It took too long for the order to get delivered and at the end i am receiving wrong product.
Its very frustrating and irritating.

I ordered for a kurti and received an unstitched dress material.. Kindly refund my money or send me my order. How can u cheat a customer like this??? Ridiculous!!! This is the first time i have received some product so useless... Damaged product is understood but not sending something else.. My order was for a kurti and the description is very well mentioned... Then why is an unstitched material sent to me?? Resolve it as soon as possible...

I hv ordered a saree of rs 604 on clothesnew.com website. The saree which is delivered, not mathcing with ordered one.wrong product delivered. Wrong product is delivered and there is nooption for return or change the product. I want my money back or else want the right product. Please take some step against it otherwise i have to take other steps.
