Despite multiple follow-ups, the vendor keeps delaying, claiming the item will be dispatched soon, but it never happens. There is no tracking information provided, and the website offers no way to monitor the order status.

Phone calls are not answered, and there has been no response to my refund request. It appears to be a fraudulent practice, and I am now seeking immediate action and a full refund.
