eBay (India) — not solve problem

one item i purchase through e bay, purchase date 2 oct 2013, then i dont recive product so i claim my file on 10 oct 2013, my e bay claim no :299802, then e bay sent my item on 14 oct 2013 but product is wrong, my item was indain designer saree, that colour was yello & blue but e bay sent me black colour saree, then i contact to e bay so ebay custmore care is not helping to me, they always say me your problem is solved for 24 hour but still today my problem is not solved so plz help me, my ebay item no :[protected], you can see product colur.
