[Resolved] Lilliput Kidswear — poor quality of fabric | |||
I have been a regular customer of Lilliput for seven years and always highly satisfied with your products as at least half of my son's wardrobe comes from your fine products. However, I recently purchased one sweater for my son and I was unhappy with the fabric of the product. A week later, I washed the sweater (I followed the care instructions on the label)and i was shocked and disappointed with my purchase.Brown patches has made on creme part of the sweater and made it unable to wear second time as color of sweater was bleeding.I respectfully ask from you to look into this matter very seriously.I am very much disappointed with this negligence of such brand i.e. Lilliput.I have the original bill and can send pics of sweater. catmoss — commercial malpractice
i purchased a set of kids garmets from catmoss crown intrrirz showroom vide bill no. 1228 . there was a discount scheme of 30 % at the time of purchase .when i went back to exchange the garment for fittment size change they refused to take it back at the invoice value and claimed there is a 50% discount available so my goods will be returned at reduced value only . they charged me the differential amount as well for the garment purchased ( reducing my return value + cost difference of the new garment )
i consider this rediculous as if i had purchased at full mrp and their discount started they will reduce my purchase cost to 50% ?????
isnt this unfair !!!
