I had a purchased a Barcelona Jersey from SSIP Retail Limited located at South Extension part-2 market, which was manufactured by Nike India Private Limited (picture attached). The jersey after first wear turned out to be defective, threads started to emerge from rear side of the jersey. Henceforth, we went back to the store in South Extension- Part 2 , but they refused to change it despite making promises at the time of the sale to exchange it, in case it turns out to be defective. Also it was mentioned on the bill that any product can be exchanged with in one week if you are not satisfied with the purchase. But the outlet refused to do so.
I had written a complaint to nike help at consumercare.[protected]@nike.com with all the pictures and bill. But the only reply i got was to write the complain and send it along with the picture , which I did again but after that haven't received a reply.
This is just another example of how established brands have started to harass consumers. It has been a long time since i felt satisfied with Nike products or services but not again. May be its time to move on from it. Was this information helpful? |
