I am great fan of Nike Running shoes since 30 years
i had purchased shoes from NIke show room at Mumbai at Phoenix mall compound on 7/03/2024 . the shoes didn't last for a month and there was a hole in the Net due to running . this is happened first time in 30 years time as the net used is substandard.i had approached the same store but they refused to help me. i had registered complain by mail but they nike .com but were not able help me

it is my humble request to replace the defective pieceas soon as possible as it is in warranty period

We are sorry to hear about your Nike pair. This is absolutely not the experience we wanted you to have on Nike products.
If the order was placed outside Nike.com, first option is to contact the store or website where the order was placed to check for their policy. Please be aware that Nike.com work separately from Nike retail stores and other websites, that is why they have different policies. On our end, we can only initiate returns for orders that are only placed at Nike.com.
If in case the store was unable to assist you with their policy, next option is to contact Nike Corporate Team in India so that they can be able to check for available options on your order. You may contact them via[protected] and select option number two (2) on the IVR, every weekdays, during working hours.

    Nike shoes are just over priced. I don't think they are worth buying. I recently purchased a pair of their shoes in 7000/inr. I used it and my heal is now paining. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them.

      Nike india selling poor quality garments

      I recently purchased a pair of shorts and tights from Nike on Myntra, but upon receiving them, I noticed threads coming off.       Purchased Nike Invincible 2 for Nike Store at JIO Drive BKC mumbai on 18.11.2022. Shoe upper has started separating from the sole.
      Shoe has been used normally and such problem is uncommon within a year purchase.

      Want to replace, prepared to pay any reasonable extra amount if so required.

          Misbehaviour of store attendant

          Hi,
          This incident is dated 14th July 2023, at DLF mall of india, noida, Nike Store, wherein we were told the difference between the shoes worn by us and the ones kept on display with the words "sir the ones you are wearing are of 5k and the ones on display are of 10 k, there's a huge difference."
          Never expected Nike would train people this way with no basic values and way of talking, I had been a loyal customer of Nike but...

            I have ordered shoes and sneakers worth 18523 from Nike where the money is deducted from my account but there is no order placed or any confirmation that the order is placed . I'm using HDFC bank services and I chose debit card as the mode of payment.

              Money deducted from account but order got cancelled

              I recently ordered a pair of Jordan’s I paid the amount using my axis bank account but due to some unknown reasons the payment was rejected but the money has been deducted from my account as shown in the e statement Nike India please try to refund the amount

Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address.. Kindly attach your government issued KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER document (identity, address proof and GSTIN number (if applicable)) to clear the shipment. Hurry up and attach your documents to receive your shipment faster!

                    It has been 3 months nike.com charged me 8240 rupees for no order, upon complaining emailing calling regularly nothing has been done yet i request you to look into this matter, i demand full refund this matter has been delayed for long now . Nike is supporting fraduelence .

                      I purchased a pair of AIR Shoes from Nike Store in South Ex Delhi on 3rd April 2023, however on very next day I got a spot on front net which was not get cleaned, I registered the complaint on 6th April on nike online forum and they suggested me to visit to store. But store manager behavior's was extremely rude and not acceptable. When I reached out to store with my family, store manager behaved so badly with us, he did not even check the online complaint for us, I kept on telling him to please evaluate the spot carefully, But he was rigid enough and told rudely that he will mention it is a customer fault and will reply to my case.

                      I have been using Nike and other top shoes brands since last 10 years but this time I got completely shattered by the behaviour of staff at South Ex Store.
