They didnt deliver even after 2 days. They were telling me you come and collect . Is this the standard of a courier company ? We need fast delivery thats why we go for this.They say they will deliver on a convenient day. I want to take action

ihad recently received a mail from this company stating that they have a parcle with them which belongs to me... they have told me that i have to pay them a sum of RS 12, 700 to get it... Should i pay them? Plz reply me soon.
