Hi,
I have ordered a parcel from EBay, and this product has been courier from Baroda to Kolkata on 8th Aug’13 via Quantium courier company with Tracking number-D34446374, and form 11th I have checked as in website delivery status as “FWD TO BOM HUB”. Today is 13th after 5 days gone still showing is same status, pls look into this matter.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. They didnt deliver even after 2 days. They were telling me you come and collect . Is this the standard of a courier company ?...
