i am a loyal n a very old customer of Tommy Hilfiger, using your products for years. Also a Gold card holder of The Club bearing no. [protected].
I am very disappointed by the rude and arrogant behavior of your Store Manager Ms. Pradeep Kaur at your store at Ambience Mall ,Gurgaon.
Today on my return from a movie, i went to the store for shopping and told Ms. Kaur regarding a defect in a recently purchased shoe which has de-colored and spread all over the shoe. Instead of asking me to show the product and sending it to the company, she bluntly refused to accept it. Instead started telling me when n where to wear it n suggested not to wear this shoe in rainy season as they are not sport shoes. On asking her in case it starts raining all of a sudden, what to do with the shoes, she had no answer to her argument. She was not at all ready to hear the complaint of the customer n was ready with all sorts of excuses n arguments. Looking all this a nice gentleman intervened and he was Area Manager Mr. Ajay. Who was very sensible and understanding. He requested me to show the product. On checking the shoes he accepted the fault in the product and apologized for the misbehavior of his colleague. He asked me to exchange the product. But i didn't do it as i was already feeling very humiliated by the store manager and thought of never buying a Tommy Hilfiger product.
My grievance is the negative attitude, rude and arrogant behavior of the Store Manager thinking customer is always wrong and over demanding. Manager like her can only destroy the image and goodwill of a repute company like Tommy Hilfiger.
Incase no action is taken in this regards i would be forced to send mails to the owners in India and overseas with the pictures of the faulty product and the misbehavior of Ms. Pradeep Kaur. Was this information helpful? | 
mis behaviour — very rude attitude
I had approached the times at banjarahills for placing an add in classifieds for the period of 3 months on every altenate day...i use to place my add in Deccan chronicle earlier which was very comfortable...but just for a change in add and as we observed the times readers are increasing we decided to place our company adds in Times...But it was very dissapointing to say that the people in classifieds at your office are un professionals and i had a feeling for a wile that i entered a government office...I dont remember her name but she was a muslim girl who made me sit in the counter for 25 min...she attends me and before she complete my job she takes up another job...and when i ask her to finish my job first as i got to go...she replies very rudely saying u have to wait sir i am not sitting idle...in 25 min i waited there what i had seen her is speaking on her mobile for atleast 20 min...Initially i sent my admin person to get the details of rates for adds but he returned saying that there is no proper response...then i had to go...
our expediture for marketing in newspaper is aprox...32 lakhs per annum
Since i am a regular reader of times newspaper i suggest you to train your people well who interact with customers...u miss one call may loose your revenue in lacks or in crores...
