This is to bring to your notice that i did purchase a shoe of your brand in the month of nov 2021 from Myntra, I am a regular user of various brands and I believe that the high price i pay will give me quality as well as status, but while i tried TH for the first time I’m highly disappointed with the quality product that I received, It is not even a year and I’ve not worn it on regular basis still, there are some tine white ball like substance coming out from it every time i wear it and, then I’ve to take off my shoes remove it and re wear it.
I’m hear-by attaching the bill copy of my purchase. The quality is completely not worth the price or the brand standards.

    DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    My kids bought a dress for my wife for her birthday, as a gift, but unfortunately they purchased the wrong size.
    Next day when we went to the store to exchange, the store did not have the required size (a regular size which is available online on tommy site) in any of the dresses.
    We humbly requested a store credit, which was bluntly denied.

    We were assured by the staff that he would check with other stores in Mumbai about availability about the required size and would revert back by the same evening. Being most accommodating, we offered to accept any other design of dress in the required size

    However its passed 4 days now and the only reply that we are still getting from the store is to give them some more time to revert.

    Let me add here that we have been repeatedly and daily requesting the update from the tommy staff twice a day and have sent them pics of the dresses available in the required size on their own website, but shockingly even in these modern technology times, the store is yet to reply whether the size is available in any design, which itself is so disgusting and only goes to prove that the staff is deliberately negligent about customer service.

    PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SUCH MENTAL AGONY AND HARASSMENT BY STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR STORE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BUYING A PRODUCT WITHOUT TRIAL OR AS A GIFT.

    Post this review, the store staff called and had the audacity to further ask time till coming Tuesday citing an excuse that new launch would be happening then, which is yet another blatant lie as the New launch is already available on Myntra and other online shopping sites and furthermore as the similar excuse was given yesterday wherein we were informed that new stocks have already been received and that they would revert after checking the same.
    Obviously with this frivolous procrastination came the request to delete the review.. TRULY DISGUSTING

        Hi sir/madam,

        I am a gold customer with tommy hilfiger and was quite happy with the quality and in-store customer service until today.

        I recently bought a tommy hilfiger mens t-shirt along with several other items from goa (Mall de goa) (Dated: 07 sep 2017). This t-shirt was washed for first time and i was surprised to see its color was ruined (See attached photo of the t-shirt). At this time i was back in delhi and i went to tommy hilfiger showroom in pacific mall subhash nagar (Date: 17 sep 2017) to exchange the t-shirt. Store manager directed me to a sales person to find a replacement for same - during this i searched 2 items for which they informed that they did not had my size.
        I then requested to refund the money to which they denied. I gave other option to credit the amount as points in my membership card which also they denied.
        Store manager gurpreet mentioned that they cannot do anything in case i do not choose a replacement, which was completely unacceptable as i was forced to buy something that i do not like.

        I am left with no other option but to put a complaint against:
        1. Tommy hilfiger being a renowned brand but manufacturing defected products and not refunding the amount when i was seeking for same
        2. Store in pacific mall itself is incompetent as they did not had size for the products i was looking for (It was not just one product but i got same response for all 3 products that i chose)
        3. Staff (Including manager gurpreet) in store in pacific mall was not at all professional as they were forcing for unacceptable options instead of feeling guilty about the lack of product inventory. They were not ready to refund or neither give credit on my membership card

        Despite being a gold member i get such treatment makes me give a second thought about tommy's standards.

        I am at first looking for, an action against above said complaints and hope that my complaint will be resolved at your level else i will be compelled towards other alternatives as you cannot deny the rights of a consumer.
