I had purchased a product from Clothingnetic.com as on 01 Sep 2022. A sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account vide Transaction No. [protected] for Simple Creation via PayU. Inspite of repeated queries and mails regarding the whereabout of my product, there is no response from their end. As per their policy, they were supposed to send me a tracking URL, which i haven't received till date. The phone no they had provided stays switched off too. Request for early settlement of my case.
