I had order a smartphone of Global Version Soyes XS12 Mini 4G Smartphone × 2 on October 18, 2022, from this website but I do not receive my order while the money from my account has been debited amount of 998. And moreover I got message that my order has been placed but I didn’t got any of the response after the payment has been done.
I have attached a screen recording of the page where i had placed my order.
So kindly resolve my problem. I am waiting from long time. There has been no clue whether I will get my money back when I got my product.

Clothingnetic.com 2 order place. on Date[protected], and Pay online payment on that day, Payment confirmation Successful received in email. But still today the Order items are not received.
Contact no. was send in email, that also wrong.

My order not yet come

Hello people

I placed order for projector on this website and lost my money . It said "Order placed" but did not mention when I will be receiving it. There is number mentioned on the website. If you call it says the number doesn't exist. Then there is chat option .That doesn't work. There is email which works but you receive no reply. These internet thieves must have already made money due to people like us who fall prey to them.
And why do we fall prey? Because its shows us a price of the product as way too less and we get lured by it and in the process we are lose money.

Here are some tips from my personal experience
1) When you feel "the price is too less for this product. How can that be? "Then you know for sure it's fake. Do you think anyone would give away a product for 600 which actually costs 4000. Just imagine due to foolish people like us how much money they would have made?
2) Before booking anything on a website check if there is "Cash on delivery" option.
2) Call the support number and see if it really exists.
3) The best option would be to buy on websites which you can trust such as Amazon, Flipkart even if it costs a bit more. They are reliable. Lets stop these internet thieves.

Paid for Table & a speaker and money deducted via UPI by Payu Rs 1418. But not received any confirmation from seller and not able call them on the given contact number in the website. This is a fraud company and they should be banned

Its a fraud website.
I lost 399 Rupees on purchase.
No reciept was given.
They give some fake order summary that vanished after a few seconds. Luckily i took a screenshot.
Came to realize that the site was fake only after payment.
No refund options.
No order summary.
No emails or messages recieved.
Decieving people by stating its run by a group of IITians.
Hope this website gets taken down

I have ordered a Hawkins CB30 pressure cooker from Clothingnetic.com. I received an email for successful transaction to the merchant. But there was no order confirmation nor any updates regarding date of delivery. I realised later that I have been duped by this scam website. I tried to contact on their given phone no. But it is unreachable at all times. I have also emailed them regarding cancellation of order and refund. Please help me regarding the same.

I have ordered Hamilton juicer mixer grinder on dated[protected] with order number 112721 which is produced by https://clothingnetic.com and I have paid Rs, 599 through UPI. After that I have not received any email of my order confirmation. So I requested to cancel my order and refund my payment. There is no response. I tried to call but it is invalid number. I tried to track my order on website. I got order not found. Please I want my money back.

I ordered some products on www.clothingnetic.com still ordered products are not delivered.website has 25 to 30 days delivery timeline.nearly 1 month ended after ordered date.i paid the amount online itself.i need my products ordered.

I ordered a philips trimmer from this website and paid Rs 380 for it but no response from them and no refund. It's fake.

Ordered product and paid for it, yet was not delivered nor any order tracking. Fake phone number.

What are my rights here ? File a case with consumer court and cyber security.

Product booked & payment made online but no confirmation received yet

Hi I'm Malleswara I've ordered one iPhone 6s order from this website and they did not give any information about my order and they took payment for my order and i have sent so many emails to them but they didn't respond and the number they have provided for customer care is also wrong . Please do take an action against them.

I made an online order for the purchase of duckback rain wear for an amount of Rs.349, and payment of the said amount was made through my debit card, but I made payment through my debit card, I got an error message from the seller that he could not process the said transaction, then I doubted and verified online and came to know that the above mentioned seller address was a fraudulent one but I got a mail from the seller as"Your Order at MAYUR HAMABHIAI BALDANIYA is successful", as I could not receive a valid acknowledgement from the seller I came forward to make this complaint. Please do the needful and initiate action against the website and concerned personnel involved.
Hence this complaint.

After ordering the product no information is provided but payment deducted through payu.in, further order details are attached in this complaint.

The company has not sent an email about the delivery of the item.They have taken payment for Rs.1199 and not delivered the item or refunded the money back.
