Clothzen — clothzen.com - deliver wrong item and did not initiated refund amount

I have placed an order form cloth zen, order # 1410. And i got delivery as well. The parcel i received that is entirely different from what i have ordered.
I just returned the parcel to the return to address printed on the parcel.
And in the website i still see that shipment is not yet delivered.
My amount has not been refunded yet.
