I have placed an order form cloth zen, order # 1410. And i got delivery as well. The parcel i received that is entirely different from what i have ordered.
I just returned the parcel to the return to address printed on the parcel.
And in the website i still see that shipment is not yet delivered.
My amount has not been refunded yet....

Dear sir
I have purchased a product with order I'd #2944 from clothezen but still it is not delivered by them and even no tracking or order details are provided.
I have complained many times for my order status/track but there is no single reply I received from clothzen. I had paid already RS 399 for the order. But still after 12 to 13 days there is no information provided.
