Cloud Walker — raised request and paid service fee - no response

Hi

Raised request on 24 sep and paid rs 500 for service charges but no visit from technical support team.

They schedule technician service visit but no one turn up to visit. They again reschedule and same thing happening since 24th sept.
On top it support team claim that they called and i not attended the call.

I have call log where i do not received any call instead i only follow up with technician who is giving false commitment of visit. Also i kept posting status on whatsapp to cloudwalker support executive.

I experienced unprofessional way of attending the service request from cloud walker.

Still awaiting they may attend it and solve my tv issue (Auto switch off immediately on starting the tv).
