Air Mouse Stopped working..
So, Not able to use Remote Fully... because many of functionalities depends on Air Mouse like MENU, BACK, ENTER.

After some time also face problem of stuck in boot loop...
I tried to solve by pressing POWER + VOL- button as noted in their websites.. but its not working... and they have no answer of how to solve boot loop error,...

Raised request on 24 sep and paid rs 500 for service charges but no visit from technical support team.

They schedule technician service visit but no one turn up to visit. They again reschedule and same thing happening since 24th sept.
On top it support team claim that they called and i not attended the call.

I have call log where i do not received any call instead i only follow up with...

We have purchased a cloud walker tv
And accessories along with extended warranty on dec 2027. Now the so called super remote has stopped working. New battery is getting dried up within an hour. And the air mouse stopped working. We have raised severel complaints and they said they will contact us. Offcourse they provided trouble shooting tips. Nothing worked though
Everytime on asking they are responding as our number was not...
