Wrist watch stopped working in 4 months of purchase.
Complained to cloud tail on 6th Jan.2022
They replied on 26th Jan.2022.
I have sent seven mails to Cloudtail begging them to send the address of the authorised dealers to get the watch repaired or exchanged.The Seiko watch was purchased at 24930 and is in warrenty for two years. My purchase address is Malad West. Mumbai. Maharashtra.
The seller has delayed in providing me with proper after sales service and has caused me mental stress, financial loss
Cloudtail has kept delaying and is giving me a hard time.I am tired of waiting and want my money refunded as the watch is useless to me.
