Claiming warranty of my refrigerator
I have purchased a Amazon basics refrigerator side-by-side 584 L order id[protected] from Amazon but now I am facing problems since 20 days. I am calling your customer service from Amazon a lot of times they had also sent an executive who checked my refrigerator and told me that there is a problem in the compressor which is totally damaged so that it will replace but now it’s 15 days gone there is no update from your side I want to tell you only that try to repair my refrigerator as soon as possible as I am facing a lot of problem if my refrigerator is not able to repair then try to replace with the new unit or refund my whole amount. Solve my problem ASAP.

Respected Sir/Madam,
Please let me know that i have ordered the mochi handbag in red colour and received in black colour which i have opened in front of the delivery agent. Delivery agent told me to talk to customer care on Amazon. Amazon customer care said that there is no replacement option but there is only refund option available for which pickup was created for 8th March 2022 on 5 March 2022 for which customer care sent me a link to upload the images for received black colour item instead of red colour item i had clicked the link and uploaded the images too.
So i got the pickup date for 8 th March 2022 but i have not received any refund. I don't know how seller gave me black colour instead of red colour and saying wrong item returned.
Please help me and please do have CCTV footage from where the product was packed and shipped check also while packing the product was in black colour or not please do have a cross check what was packed by the seller during dispatch and what he received by returning me and the product what was ordere by me.
I also want to know rhat what was in the return packet, as this is happening for the forst time with me.

Poor quality sofa
I have bought a sofa from Amazon from the seller Cloudtail. But within three months the sofa legs started to wobble and the reason is that they have used damaged wooden pegs for bolts. I wanted the company either to refund the money or replace the product as it has 3 years warranty period.

Wrist watch stopped working in 4 months of purchase.
Complained to cloud tail on 6th Jan.2022
They replied on 26th Jan.2022.
I have sent seven mails to Cloudtail begging them to send the address of the authorised dealers to get the watch repaired or exchanged.The Seiko watch was purchased at 24930 and is in warrenty for two years. My purchase address is Malad West. Mumbai. Maharashtra.

Solimo Musca Two Seater Fabric Recliner (Chocolate)
This is with regards to Amazon Solimo two seater recliner which we purchased last year Oct 29th got it delivered, Its not even a year since we purchased it, soon it's cushioning has gone not able to sit also, though looks are afresh not torn but unable to sit only, its poking too much । Kindly help with the resolution. Am herewith attaching all the necessary documents like payslip, invoice copy and photos of the product .
It's been closer to a month and I dint get any update from your side as per the previous mail or conversations. Can you kindly give me an update as to why it is taking so long to give an update and check the product ?? I need a Job sheet for the same hope I had already provided the necessary details. I am a pregnant lady I find it really hard to sit on the sofa, You people are giving very hard time for me to get back and forth on this product and not giving a single update on the same, you people should send a representative to check the quality then you would know how the product is, the wooden and iron inside are literraly poking.

With reference to the above, I wish to bring to your notice that a month has passed since the supply of the ‘Orient Electric Stand Fan 35’ and almost a month since the order was cancelled and acknowleged by you (15.06.2021)
Till date, however, the fan is still lying with me (in packed Condition) and you have not refunded the Rs. 3, 012.00 (Rupees three thousand twelve only) paid by me.
This amount was paid by my brother vide a State Bank VISA Credit Card ..
At 10:42 pm, SBI declined the payment and you sent me message to that effect.
At 10:45 pm the same night, the payment was credited by SBI to your AMAZON PAY INDIA ACCOUNT.
In view of the above, I would request you to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 3012.00 as agreed by you.
I feel I should give you reasons for this cancellation..
Two basic features were missing in the fan..
1. There was no button control
and
2. There was no remote
I had ordered this fan after putting a 'search' in Google for a "swivel pedestal fan with remote" ..
The first item that was displayed was the Orient Fan.
When I scrolled down the app, under 'Details' it showed 'Controller type.. Button Control'
Scrolling further down, under 'Customer ratings by feature' it showed 'Remote Control' under 3 Stars.
I am 66 years old and needed a pedestal swivel fan with front button controls and remote so I would not have to get every now and then to adjust the speed etc.
I have been a regular customer of AMAZON for MANY MANY YEARS (SINCE 2015) hence I would request you to collect your ‘Fan 35” at the earliest and refund my money so I may buy a fan best suited to my needs from the open market.
