My HDMI port is failed and not working. It is under warranty. A month back First time the technican came and told that he will order HDMI board and replace as per warranty. To my surprise again a week back a technician came again and told that he has to verify again and today i recieve a call from bangalore cloudwalker team that it will be replaced on cost.
It is ridiculous when it is under warranty why anybody has to pay. And for what reason the techinician has to come twice. And above all my old complaint is cancelled today and new complaint is generated without my knowledge.
all these are plans to avoid free service during warranty period
Already last year cloudwalker took 7 months to replace my defective display atleast 4 times the tv was changed.

During power on 'Cloudwalker' logo flashes for very short time (that too very dull) and disappear resulting black screen.
Can you please explain the reason for this problem and suggest solution...
