Cloudwalker TV not working

My cloudwalker TV display is not working but there is no problem with the sound.
Kindly please help us as soon as possible....

    I bought cloud Walker in August 2019, it's been 2 years. My remote is not working, nd tv have wifi connecting issues.. Initially I thought my wifi is the problem. But later I found its not wifi issue. Issue is with my tv. I have contacted customer service but they didn't responded..

      Two scratch like lines are appearing on the screen, one in the centre of and another at right side bottom.

      Sound output is not at all clear.

        My Cloudwalker tv have No display issue however voice is perfectly ok even on switching between channels..
        During power on 'Cloudwalker' logo flashes for very short time (that too very dull) and disappear resulting black screen.
        Can you please explain the reason for this problem and suggest solution...

          Before choosing Cloudwalker brand, i got a feedback from my friend that it is of good quality, low cost, good customer support and value for money. But the recent issue on our TV proved all of the above feedback are wrong. We bought Cloudwalker 55 inch TV on feb2019. Recently tv got some issues and it was not turning on. We called customer support and they arranged one technician. Technician checked the TV and told pcb board has some issues and it should be replaced. Now to service the tv, it would cost 14877 rupees which included pcb board replacement charges. Our tv purchase price is around 30000 rupees.
          I thought Cloudwalker is an emerging brand with good quality, also believed my friends feedback, so just went for this brand but now our money is wasted because i can’t afford to pay 14887.
          Is it really an emerging brand with good quality? Definitely I would not refer my friends or family members for this brand. Because nobody will pay 14887 rupees to repair the tv which is just 1.5 years old.

            I bought cloud walker 55 inch Tv 2 years back. After one year some lines appeared on the top of the display. And it seems to increase.

                I bought cloudwalker tv one and half year back. Recently tv had display issues on dec 2019, i raised a complaint to customer care.

                Technical person attended the issue and asked for 4700 rs charge for replaced backlight parts (3 month warranty). I have paid and they replaced

                After a few days we faced same issues gain and technician come and replaced spare part again.

                After 2 months we faced the same issue again. I raised customer care and explain that what happened.

                Customer care told me that you have to pay 4700 again for the same part.

                Technicians, once fixed, then its working fine later on few days, it’s not working properly, we are facing the same issues again and again. We are totally disappointed your product and service.

                Note: how many times i can spend the money of rupees 4700 for the same issues?

                When i bought cloudwalker tv, i thought that this product made a good quality but now totally disappointed

                Spare part will it not work properly more than 3 months.

                    I had purchased 32inch 4k ready smart tv from amazon on 13th april 2019, after fue days i had found problem with my tv as stated up. I had made the complaint with the customer care and followed a lot, but still now no solution. Very very poor support, almost 6 month over. I had coordinated with almost lot of person till no resolution

                      I am writing my experience with cloud walker TV and there after sales service. I bought this TV costing 18k. Within 2 years display backlight stopped working. I logged issue with CW customer care(As the product was in warranty) they did the repair after several follow-ups. within weeks of repair, the same problem occurred again. Logged ticket again with CC and after 15 days they again repaired it. Now the warranty period is expired and the same problem occurred again after 4 months of repair.

                      It seems CloudWalker is cheating their customers by selling a cheap quality product and then using not repairing the product correctly in warranty period.

                      18K product should have a life span of more than 2 years.

                      I know now the warranty has expired. I want to convey that earlier the issue was not resolved correctly your technician did a quick fix to pass the warranty period so that you can charge for this issue as it crops up again.

                      What kind of backlight stopped working if it was replaced by your technician. I want you to check if he replaced backlight that time or not. Was the spare parts issues were put in this TV or not? Is there any process by which Cloudwalker tracks the repair work done by there technician?

                      Thanks for identifying this valuable fact. I know that the warranty is expired, but it is related to the repair that your technician did while the product was in warranty.

                      If you go through the email trail you can find that same issue was reported in the warrenty period in the month of Feb. First, your technician fixed the issue with some quick fix(Jugaad) as he did not has the spare parts. The same issue occurred again with a week. I raised the request again and the technician took around 15 days to fix as he was waiting for spare parts. Somehow the issue was fixed that time,

                      Now within 4 months, the exact same issue cropped up again. Which raises the question on the fix your technician did when the product was in warranty. It seems he did not put the original spare parts or did some quick fix to make TV work till warranty expires. It should be taken this as the continuation of the same problem.

                      You have delivered and bad quality product then did bad quality repair work.

One thing I would like to mention here, The engineer you sent figured out that the issue was with the back light of TV but he did not has the compatible backlight to replace. I had to provide him the backlight of my older( broken) tv to him so that he can put that into Cloudwalker TV.

                      How is that possible the none of the backlight brought by CloudWalker Engineer match with TV? While backlight of some xyz tv matched ??

                      Note : Engineer was aware of backlight problem beforehand but still he came without compatible backlight.

                        My HDMI port is failed and not working. It is under warranty. A month back First time the technican came and told that he will order HDMI board and replace as per warranty. To my surprise again a week back a technician came again and told that he has to verify again and today i recieve a call from bangalore cloudwalker team that it will be replaced on cost.
                        It is ridiculous when it is under warranty why anybody has to pay. And for what reason the techinician has to come twice. And above all my old complaint is cancelled today and new complaint is generated without my knowledge.
                        all these are plans to avoid free service during warranty period
                        Already last year cloudwalker took 7 months to replace my defective display atleast 4 times the tv was changed.

                        I would like to claim back my money and return the tv
                        My Cloudwalker tv have No display issue however voice is perfectly ok even on switching between channels..
                        During power on 'Cloudwalker' logo flashes for very short time (that too very dull) and disappear resulting black screen.
                        Can you please explain the reason for this problem and suggest solution...

                          We had purchased the TV a month ago. And since then I am continuously facing some or other issues like TV display had some grey lines visible on the screen, later TV had no video to be displayed. We are facing a very bad and disappointing service from the cloud walker team. Team is not taking the issue on priority. Rather they are least concerned for their customer problems. We are tired following up through emails, calls, still reached to no solution.

                          Horrible and pathetic experience. Waste of money and energy. And cloud walker team is totally unprofessional. This company should be banned and team should be fine high cost for making their customers fool

                              Hey, guys, i suggest you to please don't buy cloudwalker tv because their customer services are worst. If your tv is deteriorated. Just forgot you have purchased it. Yes, it's happening to me. I purchased this tv last week of april 2018.in sep 2018 i found lining issue so i registered a complaint to cloudwalker. After 3 days’ engineer came and after examining said, i think we need to replace it. The whole procedure takes around 25 days. I said ok after that i called many times also emails them. But mostly no one available to take calla sometimes their executives takes my calls but they don't have a solution. I got replies on email but they don't tell yet the dispatch date today its oct 28 and i think i have to purchase a new tv. I have recordings for all conversation & email backup i suggest you instead of buying cloudwalker tv just through money. If you still have any doubt, please call me at [protected] i will give you all the evidence.
                              We also did MD complain at company but no one is there to hear..new t v we have purchased but company had upfront refuse to return or replace or repair the television...we belong from middle class family ..from last two years we were adding money to purchase the television but the t v doesn't work for a single day..tell me is this ok.

                                Their is a disturbance on my picture tube. I found a problem like a strip line will be coming between the picture is running. And also colour of the picture would be changing into multi color picture. So by these we are get much more irritation to watch tv. So this is the request to service my tv with u company mechanic.                                     Hello, I received this TV about two months ago. There were some flaws in the picture quality and it kept starting turning on and off, and there owned installed software Movie Box was not working. I asked for a refund but that was not honoured by Cloudwalker and Flipkart!

                                    Now the TV is not working at all. It hangs when where the Cloudwalker Logo" is showing. The technician who came today was clueless and couldn't solve the problem. Now they are asking until Tuesday (3 days from the day the "technician" came in) to fix this issue which means that I will have to wait. They should have fixed the issue or provided a replacement. But Alas customer service is below par.

                                    It has been a very disappointing experience with this provider. I wish I had bought a branded TV. Too much hassle! Lousy Product.

                                    Want to get my money refunded so that I can buy a more reliable TV

                                      31 dec 2017 I had purchased cloudwalker TV from flipkart, it's 4k tv, now product is defective, two lines are appearing on screen. It's 4k tv but 1080p video not support, audio quality are bad. I have complained but not action taken hy company side. Flipkart not help us, even it's 15 days but not any action taken by cloudwalker company. We are looking for refund now, because how many times we replaced it or how many times we face this problems.

                                      I bought four cloudwalker tv for our house. 43” was not displaying picture and i complained on 28.08.2018 and second TV was having white patches all over screen like clouds and raised ticked on 7.102018 Till now none of the tv is rectified. Please help me sue this fraud company.

                                        I bought a cloudwalker tv on feb 2018

                                        The tv is hardly used, we only use it to see movies.

                                        We went out for vacation locking all doors and when we returned home opened the door, switched on the tv there is a crack in the tv screen not visible outside, you can only when you switch on the tv

                                        Guess it is a manufacturing defect, in airlock the tv got cracked from inside. We also gave complaint, till now no action was taken
