I bought a cloudwalker tv on feb 2018
The tv is hardly used, we only use it to see movies.
We went out for vacation locking all doors and when we returned home opened the door, switched on the tv there is a crack in the tv screen not visible outside, you can only when you switch on the tv
Guess it is a manufacturing defect, in airlock the tv got cracked from inside. We also gave complaint, till now no action was taken Was this information helpful? |
