I am extremely disappointed with your service. I purchased a watch from your platform, and the product delivered is duplicate, poor quality, and not working properly. On top of that, there is no return option provided. What makes this worse is that I have received no response from your side despite multiple attempts to contact you. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I demand an immediate return and full refund for this defective and misrepresented product.
