I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

I recently purchased a watch from your platform; however, the product delivered is of poor quality and does not match the color of the item I originally ordered. This is a clear case of product misrepresentation and has left me highly dissatisfied with my purchase.

What is even more concerning is that there appears to be no return option available...

What makes this worse is that I have received no response from your side despite multiple attempts to contact you. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I demand an immediate return...
