I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

I recently purchased a watch from your platform; however, the product delivered is of poor quality and does not match the color of the item I originally ordered. This is a clear case of product misrepresentation and has left me highly dissatisfied with my purchase.

What is even more concerning is that there appears to be no return option available for the product. Despite making multiple attempts to contact your support team, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I hereby request an immediate return of the product and a full refund of the amount paid. Given that the item received is defective and differs from what was advertised, I expect this matter to be resolved on priority.

Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a clear resolution at the earliest. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
