Clovia — Payment done twice. Order not reflected online. Company not returning money

Hi,

I have ordered six items and used online payment via paytm. The payment was done twice. It was deducted from my bank account

Still order is showing Cash on Delivery Payment option. Order number is #12211459

I have complaint to them but no response.
